You'll receive an instant Calendly confirmation email with your Zoom link. Within minutes, our prep email arrives with a 6-item checklist to help you get the most out of your session — things like recent suspicious emails to review and key team members to include.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — rescheduling and cancellation are free up to 24 hours before your session. Use the link in your Calendly confirmation email. Changes after the 24-hour window may not be accommodated.
What if my team has more than 12 people?
We can split large groups into two sessions at the same Business rate, or upgrade you to a custom Business+ engagement with dedicated prep and follow-up. Email

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If your session didn't meet the expectations set during booking, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of the session date. No questions asked — just email

How should we prepare?
After booking you'll get our prep checklist via email. It covers six things: recent suspicious emails to flag for review, key team members to loop in, current security tools in use, any recent incidents or near-misses, your single biggest security concern, and a 5-minute read on phishing red flags. Five minutes of prep makes a material difference in the session.
Is this recorded?
Yes. All sessions are recorded. Attendees receive a private 30-day playback link immediately after the session so your team can revisit the material, share it with anyone who missed the live call, or use it for new-hire onboarding.
