Why flat-rate beats per-seat — the math.

Most security awareness platforms charge per-user-per-year. Here's what that actually costs at scale, and where SecurEveryone comes out ahead.

Team size KnowBe4 (Diamond ~$2.65/user/mo) Proofpoint SAT (~$18/user/yr) SecurEveryone Business
10 users $318/yr $180/yr $900/yr
25 users $795/yr $450/yr $900/yr
50 users $1,590/yr $900/yr $900/yr
100 users $3,180/yr $1,800/yr $900/yr
250 users $7,950/yr $4,500/yr $900/yr
500 users $15,900/yr $9,000/yr $900/yr
✓ SecurEveryone wins at every scale

Per-seat platforms add 5–8% annual price escalation at renewal. At 500 employees, KnowBe4 costs $15,900/yr — that's 18× what SecurEveryone charges, and it's only going up. SecurEveryone's $900 flat covers your entire team: full live training, all modules, all participants.

Pricing FAQs.

Is there a contract?
No. Every tier is a one-time session fee — no annual contract, no auto-renewal. Book once, and we handle the session. If you want to run a follow-up session, you book and pay again. No lock-in.
What if my team grows mid-year?
It doesn't matter. The Business tier covers your entire team — 10 people or 200 people, same $900 flat. There's no per-seat billing, so new hires, contractors, and seasonal staff are all included at no extra charge.
Do you offer a trial?
Not a trial — but you can book an Individual session at $150 and see exactly how the training works before committing to a larger session. That's a real session, not a demo. If you want to evaluate the platform before booking, start there.
How do you compare to KnowBe4 or Proofpoint?
Per-seat platforms charge per-user-per-year, and the math compounds fast at scale. KnowBe4 runs $1,590–$15,900/yr at 50–500 users. Proofpoint is similar. We charge $900 flat for unlimited users — live instructor, real scenarios, recorded session included. See the full cost comparison below.
What's included for compliance evidence?
Every session includes an attendance record (names of participants + date), a PDF summary of topics covered, and a certificate of completion for each attendee. Business tier includes a full team attendance report. This documentation satisfies requirements under HIPAA, PCI-DSS v4.0 Req. 12.6, FTC Safeguards Rule, SOC 2, NIS2, and DORA.
How do we get started?
Pick a tier below, click Book Now, and schedule a 30-minute slot on our Calendly. We ask about your industry and top threat concerns during booking so the instructor can prepare a relevant session. You'll get a confirmation with a prep overview and a Zoom link before the session.
Is the session recorded?
Yes. After every session, attendees receive a link to the recording plus a PDF summary and key takeaway checklist. Recordings are retained for 90 days.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
Contact us at least 48 hours before your session and we'll move it to a new time at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable; rescheduling is the preferred path. Contact info@secureveryone.com.
