60-minute live sessions, once weekly over the cohort length. You co-host with the lead trainer — splitting facilitation, opening hooks, and Q&A moderation. Sessions run on Zoom and are recorded for cohort replay only.
~3 hours per week: ~90 minutes of prep and a 60-minute live session, with optional at-thread time for cohort message replies. The commitment is bounded to one cohort, typically 6–12 weeks, with no on-call obligation between sessions.
The 12-module curriculum, slide decks, exercise scripts, the cohort roster and CRM, scheduling/reminders, and a kickoff alignment session with the lead trainer. You walk in with everything wired; you walk out with stipend and public credit.
Alumni status from a past SecurEveryone cohort, a few specific expertise areas you're confident answering live, and the motivation to help the next cohort get the same inflection point you did. No previous teaching experience required.
